NOVICE MOVES
Pancake (inside)
With the outside of your foot planted on the floor, line up the inside of your foot directly under the center of the ball when it’s dropping.
Combo: Alternating Inside Pancakes, Inside Pancake into a Scooby or SOS, Inside Pancake into a Gusto

Pancake (inside)
With the outside of your foot planted on the floor, line up the inside of your foot directly under the center of the ball when it’s dropping.
Combo: Alternating Inside Pancakes, Inside Pancake into a Scooby or SOS, Inside Pancake into a Gusto
Pancake (outside)
With the inside of your foot planted on the floor, line up the outside of your foot directly under the center of the ball when it’s dropping.
Combo: double/triple Pancake, alternating Pancakes, Pancake into Scooby or Gusto, Pancake into the Oven, Pancake into an ATW.
Knee Grab
Catching the ball with between your knees. While the ball is dropping, open your legs and grab the ball with your knees by sqeezing your knees together (similar to catching with your hands). This move is all about getting the timing right.
